Variety in Golfing

With more than 12 courses around the state Sabah is considered to be a golfing haven.

Sutera Harbour Golf & Country Club, a 27 hole course, is high on the list for golf enthusiasts, it is the only course in Sabah & East Malaysia to offer night golfing facilities. Located within the Sutera Harbour Resort in Kota Kinabalu the course, designed by Graham Marsh, provides a golfing challenge for both intermediate and seasoned golfers.

The oldest 18 hole layout is at the Sabah Golf & Country Club. Take the challenge on the one of the 3 'Amen' holes. Karambunai - another award winning course is sandwiched between the South China Sea and the jungle. The Dalit Bay course is considered a prime wetland course with water coming into play on every hole. Borneo Golf, another sea side course is known for the design - by 'The Greatest Golfer of The Century' - Jack Nicklaus. Finally, North Borneo has the highest golfing green in Southeast Asia, the Mount Kinabalu Course.
