Culinary Kota Kinabalu

The Kota Kinabalu cooking tour starts with a visit to the local market to purchase your fresh ingredients. You will be shown the local spices and herbs available as well as their uses. From here, proceed to your host's home where you will be split in to teams of 2. Going through the recipe you will be guided on ingredients preparation right up to the point where you will cook your meal.
